AN ALT-RIGHT BLOG opposed to globalism, neoliberalism, world monoculture and the neocon agenda. This blog advocates the ethnostate, localism, secession, decentralism, distributism, regionalism, subsidiarity, Traditionalism, agrarianism and environmentalism. This blog is aligned with the Alt-Right, Neo-reactionary and Identitarian milieus. For frugality - make do and mend!
The self-important Berrocscir Manifesto
Everyone else has got one, so here's mine...
This blog opposes:
* Globalised economies and markets. Multinational corporations and big business. Banks.
* Neo-liberalism, neo-conservatism and neo-imperialism.
* Creeping global monoculture, multiculturalism and modernity.
This blog supports:
* Decentralised/localised economies and markets. Cottage industries, workers' co-ops and small independent businesses and traders. LETS schemes, credit unions and local currencies.
* Local political and economic independence. Self-sufficient, folk-centered societies protected by benevolent empire.
*Local cultures and national identities. Tradition. Cultural preservation for all peoples.
This blog also recognises the value of political and economic theories that oppose an increasingly globalised and monocultural world. These include distributism, some forms of socialism and nationalism, strains of Green thought, the Alt-Right and Identitarian movements. It also asserts the old Left/Right political dichotomy to be outdated in the 21st century and that new political battlelines should be based on opposition to or support for political/economic/cultural globalism.
No clear road
This blog does not pretend to have all the answers, in fact it doesn't really have any. The modern world is so complex and ingrained that Berrocscir's Banner can offer no clear strategy for bringing about the kind of world it advocates. Suggestions welcome!* * * * * * * * * * * *
Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail - Ralph Waldo Emerson
Tradition means giving votes to the most obscure of all classes, our ancestors. It is the democracy of the dead. Tradition refuses to submit to the small and arrogant oligarchy of those who merely happen to be walking about - GK Chesterton
What's passed is prologue - Antonio in The Tempest Act II Scene I
Better a cruel truth than a comfortable delusion - Edward Abbey
The man who views the world at 50 the same as he did at 20 has wasted 30 years of his life - Muhammad Ali
